- We guarantee that all tickets will arrive before the event. Tickets will either be sent to you by first class special delivery, courier or be delivered to you personally at your hotel, depending on when you book your package. For those making hotel package purchases we will email you through your hotel booking confirmation within 48 hours of your purchase. If delivered in person you will need to provide ID proof that matches your payment details and sign a form to say that you have received your tickets. Shipping costs are up to date and are listed when going through the order process. Tickets will be distributed to you in the week before the game that you have purchased tickets for or will be available for collection near Old Trafford or the ground Manchester United are playing at on the day of the game.

- By visiting, using or ordering from this website, the client expressly agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this website. In order for you to purchase products via this website you will need to fill in personal details such as name, address and contact details along with your IP address. These details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be released to any third party. Your payment details are made via a third party payment processor, so we do not have any access to your card details. Any fraudulent activities that are made on the United Ticket Agency will immediately be reported to the police. Any legal disputes with be under the jurisdiction of Spanish Law .
- Returns & Refunds
- Once you have booked your package, your booking is final. If a game is abandoned we will issue you with a full refund upon request.Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets are always subject to change, especially with football matches. It is important that you check with the venue or media to assure that you arrive at the correct time and date. All times listed on the web site are local to the area of the event.
- Payment & Pricing
- Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all of the pricing on our website is correct, there is a small chance that a mistake can be made with respect to pricing and/or availability. United Ticket Agency reserve the right to cancel bookings with a full refund in such circumstances and/or giving you the option of ordering the package at the correct price. Payment will be taken from your card on ordering of the tickets, not upon delivery. Tickets are priced at the current market value and are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is completed and the payment is approved. The customer authorises United Ticket Agency to upgrade their tickets at no additional cost to the customer if lower category tickets are not available. If issued with a season ticket card the customer must return this to United Ticket Agency as per their instructions before the game, this will either be in person near to thr ground or by leaving the tickets at hotel reception in an envelope marked for the attention of United Ticket Agency. If this does not take place within 24 hours of the game ending we reserve the right to charge you £100 per season ticket card.

- We guarantee that all tickets purchased from United Ticket Agency will be 100% authentic, and will be delivered in time for the event. If this is not the case we will issue you with a full refund.
